Fleming & Associates, PA was founded in 1987 by Stephen Fleming, PE, RBEC. Shortly after establishing the company, the owner of a successful architectural firm advised Steve that, “You don’t go into business, you grow into business.” Over the past three decades we have found this to be true, having experienced steady growth. We attribute our success to building long term relationships with our clients based on trust and respect, providing high quality design with innovative solutions, and retaining talented staff.
Still headquartered in Fayetteville, North Carolina, our company has grown to service most of the Southeastern United States. Our projects range in construction costs from several thousand dollars up to $140 million. In addition to structural engineering and building enclosure services, we offer special inspections, forensics, and residential engineering services.
Our primary goal is to understand the needs of our clients and to position our firm to meet those needs. Internally we provide a quality work environment, encourage and support staff development, stay current with new design and construction technologies, and keep pace with modern design practices along with Federal, State, and local codes and regulations. Our firm makes every effort to provide quality engineering work on each of our projects, working diligently to ensure the success of our clients.
