Ben Rogers, PE
Principal
Ben has over 30 years of experience in structural engineering, consultation, investigation, and design of buildings and specialty structures. His first job after college graduation was with Fikri Saleh and Associates in Myrtle Beach, S.C. Ben worked on a wide variety of projects including evaluating damaged oceanfront structures following Hurricane Hugo.
Ben joined Fleming and Associates, PA in 1992. He has been the Engineer of Record for over 60 new K-12 schools or school additions in North and South Carolina. He also has extensive experience with higher education buildings, detention centers, office buildings, churches, spillways, and pedestrian bridges. Ben is involved with projects from start to finish; meeting with Architects, other design engineers, and owners during the design process. He follows his projects through construction by performing shop drawing reviews, attending construction meetings, site observations, and other construction administration services.
