Sarah Duncan, PE

Principal

Sarah Duncan is a registered Professional Engineer in North Carolina with over 25 years of experience in structural engineering. She has been the project design engineer for school buildings, dormitories, churches, a performance pavilion, detention centers, health and social service buildings, fire departments and office buildings.  She has also designed industrial structural components such as crane rails, loading docks and elevated platforms. Her commercial and residential forensic work experience includes study and repair of settling foundations, hurricane and tornado damage, and repair/reconstruction of historical downtown building facades. 

Sarah was recently the structural Engineer of Record for Parts I & II of the $30 million Fayetteville Regional Airport Terminal Renovations & Additions project. She has also gained expertise in sheet pile wall design as they relate to creek bank stabilization projects.

She takes special pride in her work and is committed to thoroughness and has even received a compliment from the North Carolina Department of Administration for having “a clear and concise set of drawings” during a submittal review.  She follows her design projects through construction to include shop drawing review and construction administration.
