Bryan has more than 15 years of experience working on both building enclosure and structural projects. In addition, Bryan has 10 years of experience providing inspection, evaluation, and design of high-performance coatings in the municipal water and wastewater industry. He has been the project engineer multiple educational, industrial, municipal, commercial, and residential structures with construction costs up to $20 million dollars.

Bryan enjoys watching the projects come to life during the construction period and providing thorough inspections so the owner will have the best product upon completion of the work. 

Prior to joining Fleming and Associates Bryan served 5 years in the United States Navy and was honorably discharged. From 2003-2005 Bryan took part in Operation Enduring Freedom in Guantanamo Bay, Cuba. His primary responsibility during that time was head coxswain of a naval security small boat unit. Bryan managed a fleet of 5 US Navy small boat craft and 20 naval service men and women coxswains patrolling and providing security to US Naval water interests and assets around Guantanamo Bay.
