Moore Hall was constructed circa 1922 with an addition in 1929. Our firm performed a visual inspection of the low and steep-slope roof sections, exterior walls, fenestration and below-grade walls of the building enclosure (below-grade walls were observed from the building interior). Repair suggestions were prioritized based on need and historical preservation was addressed in a Phase I Report.
