Fleming & Associates provided roof assessment, design, and construction administration services for roofing improvements at three active buildings on the University of North Carolina School of the Arts campus. The project included approximately 67,625 square feet of roof recover and 13,040 square feet of full roof replacement using new 80-mil PVC membrane systems. Strategic use of roof recover systems reduced demolition requirements and provided an estimated $500,000 in construction savings while extending the service life of the campus roofing systems.
