Fleming & Associates is serving as Structural Engineer of Record and Structural Special Inspector for UNC Pembroke’s new 75,000-square-foot, $90 million Health Sciences Center, the largest capital project by cost in the University’s history. The facility will support the College of Health Sciences with classrooms, offices, food service, and a regional optometry clinic serving Robeson County and the surrounding region.
Our office designed and coordinated complex exterior cladding support systems incorporating corbeled brick, precast concrete, glass fiber reinforced concrete (GFRC) panels, curtain wall, and storefront systems.
The project is under construction and scheduled for completion in 2027.
