Fleming & Associates served as Structural Engineer of Record for the $12 million comprehensive renovation of UNC Pembroke’s 35,000-square-foot Business Administration Building. The project transformed the two-story, 1960s-era steel-framed academic building and included a new enhanced lobby designed to serve as a central student gathering and collaboration space.
The project is under construction and scheduled for completion in 2027.
