This 5,000 square foot custom residence in the heart of Fayetteville was designed in consultation with Anderson Architecture of Southern Pines, NC. The modern European farmhouse inspired design includes an array of concealed or partially concealed heavy timber and steel connections, elevated concrete slabs, and other custom structural details throughout the residence. Due to grade changes across the site of almost 25-feet, our office worked closely with the geotechnical engineer, surveyor, and the architect to incorporate multiple site and building cast-in-place retaining walls to bring the architect’s and homeowner’s vision for the residence into reality.
