As part of its annual condition assessment program for the municipality’s water storage facilities, Fleming & Associates identified the need for coating, safety, and structural repairs at five tanks throughout the system. The project addressed deficiencies identified through comprehensive field assessments and provided the municipality with a coordinated approach to maintaining and extending the service life of its water storage assets.
Fleming & Associates prepared technical specifications, photographic exhibits, and detailed repair documents to support the project and provided construction administration services throughout implementation. Our team performed 15 site visits during construction to monitor progress and help ensure the work was completed in accordance with the project requirements. The project was successfully completed on schedule and within the anticipated construction budget.
