Fleming & Associates supported the City of Fayetteville during the relocation of the original Iron Mike sculpture from Fort Liberty to the North Carolina Veterans Park in downtown Fayetteville. The natural stones used for the foundation were hand selected in Georgia and shipped to the site. Steve Fleming assisted in selection and arrangement of the stones, determining how to anchor the sculpture to the foundation, and in final placement of the sculpture to help ensure the success of the project.
