Fleming & Associates served as Structural Engineer of Record and Structural Special Inspector for the new $69 million College of Education building at Fayetteville State University. The four-story, 72,000-square-foot facility provides new academic and instructional space for the University. During construction, Fleming & Associates performed 71 structural special inspection site visits over an 18-month period to verify compliance with the structural construction documents.
