Fleming & Associates served as Structural Engineer of Record and Structural Special Inspector for the new $40 million Bronco Pride Hall at Fayetteville State University. The project demonstrates our ability to provide integrated structural engineering and inspection services from design through construction. During construction, Fleming & Associates performed 53 structural special inspection site visits over six months, including inspections of cast-in-place concrete and reinforcing steel, masonry, structural steel, and metal deck construction to verify compliance with the structural construction documents.
