The project spanned six buildings with various repairs, including joint sealant replacement, painting, concrete repairs, power washing, exterior door replacement, coating, and miscellaneous masonry repairs. The buildings, Bradford Place, the Cumberland County Courthouse, the Department of Social Services, Historic Courthouse, Spring Lake Library, and Spring Lake Family Resource Center, all remained open to the public during construction.
