Fleming & Associates provided building enclosure design and construction administration services for the replacement of the atrium skylight systems at Jack Britt and Gray’s Creek High Schools. Each school features approximately 7,800 square feet of translucent skylight supported by an existing tubular spaceframe over the central two-story atrium. The project required careful coordination of the replacement systems with the existing structure and active school operations, providing a durable enclosure solution while minimizing disruption to the educational environment.
