Rosanna has a long-established personal record of progressive experience.  She began her career in 2001 working as a drafter at Thomas Goetz, Architect while earning her degree.  Rosanna joined Fleming and Associates, PA in 2004.  She started managing the firm’s roof replacement projects in 2006, overseeing field measuring, drawing preparations, specification writing, bid processes, submittal reviews, construction administration, and project close-outs.  In 2013, she was recognized by the International Institute of Building Enclosure Consultants (IIBEC) as a Registered Roof Consultant (RRC).  As the building enclosure department expanded into exterior walls and waterproofing, Rosanna obtained recognition as a Registered Exterior Wall Consultant (REWC) and Registered Waterproofing Consultant (RWC) in 2016 and 2019 respectively.  With the RRC, REWC, and RWC, Rosanna gained the Registered Building Enclosure Consultant (RBEC) designation in 2019.  Earning the designations and working as an RBEC require understanding many engineering concepts such as resisting wind loads, controlling storm drainage, psychrometrics and energy calculations, various applicable codes and standards, fire ratings, and material characteristics.

Rosanna began learning AutoCAD in 1998 and occasionally assists with the firm’s structural projects, depending on department workloads.
