Caleb joined Fleming & Associates in early 2022, and has since gained valuable experience in structural engineering as a student intern. He currently assists our office in completing field work and drafting for our structural projects.
Caleb is currently a student in the Civil Engineering Technology Program at Fayetteville Technical Community College (FTCC). Upon his anticipated graduation from FTCC in the spring of 2023, Caleb will transfer to the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, where he will complete his Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering.
Prior to joining Fleming & Associates, Caleb was a student at Midway High School in Sampson County, North Carolina.

In his free time, Caleb enjoys gaming and working outdoors on his family farm in Sampson County.
Caleb ran the 3rd leg for his high school in the 4×2 relay at the winter track state competition.
